   問說要省錢可不可以連磁磚都不要拆，就直接再貼磁磚？有經驗的師傅都建議不要這樣施作。 因舊有磁磚表面較滑，附著力不佳，一年半載，很難保證貼的新貼的磁磚不會脫落或膨拱?

   水泥已抹平的牆面或地面，再上一層更細膩的薄薄水泥，約2～5mm，要光滑至無波紋及鏝跡，以方便未來上漆的方便性，或是舖設PVC地板的平整性。
